I’m a big fan of hand-pulled noodles and can’t get them locally where I live so I was thrilled to see an option when visiting Madison for work. Taigu delivered on all expectations and more. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated! Met the owner who was very grateful for our business. It’s so good I had to come back a second time for dinner before I skipped town. Great experience, I hope I end up back in Madison again so I can enjoy the fresh and tasty food at Taigu!

Took my family and had a delightful evening at Taigu. We shared five different meals in two different soups and it was all fantastic. Our waitress had a smile on her face and took great care of us. We have been there many times and have had a great meal and experience every time. We have also sent many of her friends there and anyone everyone of them said how good it was. I highly recommend it. Parking was also easy to get in and out.

I stopped to order take out at 4:30pm on a Thursday. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ordered the cat ear noodles with cashew chicken and 1 order of eggrolls (2). My food was fast, and they even gave me an extra eggroll. The entree was a LOT of food, too. They were all so kind and fun. I'll be back! Love the new location.

DELICIOUS!!! I had the Taigu Fried Rice and it was amazing. Service fantastic. Other photos from my dining partners. The to-go containers are the Taigu Spicy Noodles and the other is beef and broccoli with oyster sauce over noodles. Everything was excellent.

I'd say this must be the best noodles in Madison! I really enjoy the noodles here. As a Chinese, I’m so sure that they have the same noodles as I had in China. I’ve been here for many times and I’m still not tired of this restaurant! The aunt there is so nice!

The food is delicious, as always, and the new location is great. Lovely atmosphere inside, and ample parking outside. The service was quick! I ordered carryout, and only waited about 5-7 minutes, I'd say. Many clearly labeled vegetarian options. I would recommend adding extra veggies, a 3 option, for even more deliciousness! (I didn't do this and wished I had.) I don't live on this side of town but will happily make the trip for Taigu!
